18. Use of On-Device LLM (Apple Intelligence)

18.1 On-Device Processing Only

This App may offer features powered by Apple's on-device large language model ("LLM") available through Apple Intelligence on supported devices. All LLM processing for these features occurs locally on your device. No prompts, inputs, or results are transmitted to our servers or to any third-party servers for processing. We do not collect or store your prompts or LLM results.

18.2 No Financial Advice; Informational Use Only

Outputs generated by the LLM are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. You should not rely on LLM-generated content for financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals as appropriate.

18.3 Accuracy and Limitations

The LLM may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading content. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any LLM-generated outputs. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

18.4 Limitation of Liability for LLM Outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, LLM-generated content. This limitation is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the limitations set forth in Sections 10 and 11 of these Terms.
